Esquire Financial, the holding company for Esquire Bank, announced the appointment of Gary Lax as senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary.
Lax brings more than 35 years of financial services experience, most recently serving as partner at Luse Gorman, where he specialized in regulatory enforcement, transaction law, and capital.
