Global law firm Greenberg Traurig added two former general counsels, Patrick Kassen and Matthew Bromberg, as in-house counsels.
Kassen most recently served as general counsel of Blackstone’s portfolio company Link Logistics. Bromberg was Exchange Traded Managers Group’s general counsel and chief compliance officer.
