Central Pacific Bank appointed Ralph Mesick as its senior executive vice president and chief risk officer.
Mesick is a former chairman of the State of Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation, the Hawaii District Council of the Urban Land Institute, and the Hawaii Community Reinvestment Corporation.
