As companies increasingly test artificial intelligence (AI) throughout their workforce and product lines, early adopters say an important rule is to pick the right AI for the job.
Panelists and attendees at Compliance Week’s 20th National Conference in Washington, D.C. shared stories about initial successes and challenges they’ve found as they implement AI in their companies. Compliance professionals offering positive examples came with a sense of excitement over a new tool that seemed capable of fulfilling tasks that once seemed possible only in science fiction. In one example, an attendee shared how an AI built to analyze dense contracts had worked better than they’d expected. Now, they said, it’s a valuable support tool for their organization.
