Biotechnology company LuminUltra Technologies, Inc. (LuminUltra) has agreed to pay $685,051, revamp its export compliance program and refrain from exporting for three years to settle allegations it unlawfully exported water testing equipment to Iran, according to an administrative enforcement settlement with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
