Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America and Allianz Life Insurance Company recently hired Steve Koslow as chief compliance officer to oversee the compliance management system for insurance, broker/dealer and investment advisor regulated business, as well as compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. He reports to Gretchen Cepek, Allianz Life general counsel.

Prior to joining Allianz Life, Koslow was the chief ethics and compliance officer with CUNA Mutual Group, where he formalized a company-wide compliance program and consolidated the company's ethics and compliance functions. Building compliance experience, he also held director roles with PwC, where he helped lead the strategy and execution of compliance projects for national life and health insurance companies.
