Pitney Bowes, a global technology company, recently forged a new alliance with Alpine Consulting, a firm that provides risk, threat, fraud, and compliance technology solutions.
This new relationship with Alpine will help Pitney Bowes expand its footprint as it deploys a new suite of vertical solutions. In March, Pitney Bowes launched Single Customer View, a solution designed to help organizations enhance and deepen their understanding of customers in the Digital Era.
Single Customer View allows organizations to rapidly design, deliver, and evolve contextually-relevant views about a customer in real-time across all channels of engagement, whether that customer is a consumer, organization, citizen, patient, or potential fraudster. Built on the company’s leading customer engagement, location intelligence and data quality technologies, Pitney Bowes’ software solutions use analytics to help clients unlock hidden business and revenue potential.
Alpine Consulting will go to market with Pitney Bowes’ Single Customer View solution immediately. Soon afterwards, the company will expand to sell offerings built on Pitney Bowes’ customer engagement, location intelligence and data quality technologies to address other common data management challenges. Finally, Alpine will bring its intellectual capital to engagements to formulate strategies with clients for AML/Fraud detection, as well as Watchlist Management.
