The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development recently completed its reviews of the implementation and enforcement efforts in Chile and South Africa of the OECD’s Anti-Bribery Convention. The reports cited concerns that neither country is doing enough to eradicate the bribery of foreign public officials involving international business transactions.
