Panasonic Corporation of North America, the principal North American subsidiary of Japan-based Panasonic, has appointed Damien Atkins as general counsel and corporate secretary.
He succeeds Robert Marin, who is retiring after nearly 40 years of distinguished service with the electronics products and solutions company, including more than 23 years as the company's chief legal advisor.
Atkins joins Panasonic from AOL, where he served as deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer.
