AOL Chief Compliance Officer Joins Panasonic as General Counsel
Panasonic Corporation of North America, the principal North American subsidiary of Japan-based Panasonic, has appointed Damien Atkins as general counsel and corporate secretary. Atkins joins Panasonic from AOL, where he served as deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer.
