Arthur J. Gallagher, the international division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, has appointed Carol Richmond as chief risk officer.
In this role, she will oversee the management of risk and exposure across the division and ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Richmond brings to Arthur J. Gallagher more than 25 years of risk and governance experience to the role, including a range of executive and board positions with international insurance companies. Most recently, she was chief risk officer for Aon UK Limited, where she led the transformation of Aon’s risk, compliance, and financial crime functions, which included establishing a new enterprise risk management framework.
