Aviall, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company, recently named Kim Stollar as general counsel and vice president of compliance.

With more than 19 years of legal experience, Stollar comes to Aviall from Boeing's global law affairs group in Japan, where she was regional counsel for North Asia. Prior to her regional counsel role, Stollar was a senior counsel for environmental, health and safety matters for Boeing in California.

Stollar joined Aviall on June 24, 2015 and assumed responsibility for the company's legal affairs and compliance operations. She will report to Aviall's President and CEO Ed Dolanski.
