China Green Material Technologies, a China-based maker and developer of starch-based biodegradable containers, tableware, and packaging materials, has appointed Yi (Jenny) Liu to its board of directors, effective as of June 11. She has also been appointed chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee, and as a member of the audit and compensation committees.
