PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has appointed Richard Baird as co-leader of the firm’s Global and U.S. People and Change Practice. In this role, Baird will co-lead the practice with PwC Principal Karen Vander Linde and will oversee human resource effectiveness and talent management initiatives.
For the past five years, Baird served as PwC’s Global Managing Partner—People. Baird has served on PwC’s Global Leadership Team, Gender Advisory Council, and Global Operations Group. He has been a primary sponsor of various global leadership development programs including the Ulysses program, which brings cross-border teams of PwC partners together to further their skills as responsible leaders.
