Cavco Industries, a designer and builder of systems-built structures, has appointed Mickey Dragash as executive vice president, general counsel, corporate secretary, and chief compliance officer, effective as of Feb. 6.
In his role, Dragash leads the company’s legal and compliance functions, the company announced in a Form 8-K.
From June 2015 to September 2017, Dragash served as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings. Prior to joining Swift, he was executive vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer for Gordon Trucking from 2013 to 2015. Other former roles include associate general counsel for DHLSupply Chain Solutions, and assistant general counsel at Walmart Stores.
