Your individualized benefit package can be found in your contract. Please contact your Compliance Week sales rep if you have any questions. Unless documented differently in your contract, typical Presenting Sponsor package includes:
Leadership of one large-room session (60 min): Sessions are either a 2-3 speaker presentation or, more commonly, a moderated panel. The Sponsor will work closely with Compliance Week team to ensure the session is consistent with others, and appropriately addresses agenda topics. All sessions will involve a prep call 4-6 weeks before the event with all speakers, the moderator, and Compliance Week
Small room discussion (60 min): An opportunity to facilitate a small-room session (up to 15 attendees, no presentation or PowerPoint)
Attendee list: Complete list of all attendees’ email and postal address information post event
Booth space: In main hall or exhibit area, sponsors are provided a draped 6’ table.
Media: Compliance Week will use print and online media to promote the conference. Sponsors receive prominent exposure (logo and/or branding)
Passes: complimentary conference registrations (see contract for number)
Signage: Logo on onsite branded signage
Display Area
You will be provided with a tabletop display in the exhibit area at the hotel. This will include a 1.8 meter draped table, two chairs, electricity, and wireless Internet access. The floor plan overview including booth locations will be emailed.
Display Set up and Dismantle Hours
The exhibit area will be located outside the Palace Lobby. The hotel will have your boxes placed in your display area by 13:00 on Sunday, 12 November.
Set-up Times
Sunday, 12 November from 13:00 – 16:00
Banner set up: you will have the space behind your draped table for any signage you choose to bring. Please note: there will not be space next to your table for signage.

The Exhibit area is open all day on Monday, 13 November beginning at 08:00. The higher traffic times would be during the below times:

Shipping Hints
Be sure to keep a record of when, how, and number of boxes you shipped to the hotel.
In order to reduce the possibility of tampering/theft, do not label boxes indicating their contents.
Put a return address label in all shipment(s).
All tabletop material should be labeled with your company name and “Exhibitor.”
Please mark boxes “Box 1 of X,” “Box 2 of X,” etc. for easy tracking.
