DXP Enterprises, an industrial supplies company, announced in a securities filing that Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer Mac McConnell has notified the company of his intention to retire, effective March 31.
The company is in the process of conducting a search for a new chief accounting officer. In the interim, following that effective date, the chief accounting officer functions will be temporarily managed by Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Kent Yee.
