Andy Hinton told CNBC this week he left his longtime position as vice president and chief compliance officer at Google back in March as he looks toward a new role advising a startup that offers a whistleblower app that allows users to file anonymous workplace complaints.
Hinton’s departure four months ago flew relatively under the radar. NotMe Solutions, creator of the whistleblower app #NotMe, announced Wednesday the addition of Hinton to its advisory board.
