Fiat Chrysler Automobiles recently announced several key changes to its leadership team, effective immediately.
Among those new appointments, Mike Keegan has been named chief audit, sustainability and compliance officer. Keegan, who previously served as global head of communications, replaces Alessandro Baldi, who has announced his intent to retire in the first quarter of 2019.
During this period, Keegan and Baldi will work closely together to ensure a smooth transition, the company announced.
