ACI Worldwide, an international provider of payments systems, announced that it has merged the services company ACI Soluciones, a previous joint venture between ACI and processor 4B, into ACI’s Spanish operations, to deliver more flexibility and choice to companies operating in the ever-changing Iberian and North African financial markets.
