Susan Roberts, chief compliance officer for $2.5 billion eye care company Bausch & Lomb, has been named a corporate vice president.

Roberts, who has served as chief compliance officer since 2006, joined Bausch & Lomb in 1995. Since then, she’s held positions of increasing responsibility in the Bausch & Lomb law department, including serving as vice president and assistant general counsel.
