$4.7 billion Brunswick Corporation, based in Lake Forest, Ill., has named Kristin Coleman vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary. Coleman will assume her duties May 20, and will report to Chairman and CEO Dustan McCoy.
Coleman, who most recently was vice president and associate general counsel for Mead Johnson Nutrition Company, had previously been with Brunswick from 2003 to 2008. During that time, Coleman served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including deputy general counsel for Brunswick Corporation, as well as vice president and general counsel for Brunswick Bowling & Billiards.
