DTI, an independent provider of discovery services, facilities management, and knowledge process outsourcing, announced that it has acquired Texas-based Providus, a provider of legal staffing, recruiting, and document review services.
Providus offers attorneys, paralegals and other legal professionals, on a contract and direct-hire basis, to law firms and corporate legal departments. The Providus suite of services strongly aligns with DTI’s e-discovery and review service strategy.
