Donna Grier, formerly chief ethics and compliance officer at Dupont, announced that she has assumed a new role at Dupont as vice president and treasurer.
Lee Johnston has assumed Grier’s role as chief ethics and compliance officer. Johnston, who joined DuPont in February 2012, also serves as general auditor.
