Ah, summer is here. The Section 404 testing is done, annual meeting season is behind us, and we can finally start thinking about summer vacations. And since compliance, financial reporting, and risk management will all still be driving us crazy come Labor Day, I humbly offer my summer reading list for compliance executives everywhere.
My recommendation is to read the following books in order. But considering the regulatory changes poised to swoop down on Corporate America, reading any at all will be worthwhile.
