The Export-Import Bank of the United States has named Angela Mariana Freyre as senior vice president and general counsel.
With more than 25 years of legal experience, Freyre most recently was senior vice president and deputy general counsel for legal and strategic affairs at The Nielsen Company, a global information services company with operations in more than 100 countries.
