FEI Behavioral Health, a national employee assistance program, wellness and crisis management company, announced the release of its new Compliance and Ethics Hotline product, an anonymous and confidential external employee whistleblower system.
FEI’s Compliance and Ethics Hotline (CEH) product provides employees and stakeholders a means to anonymously report health and safety concerns, theft and illegal behavior, register complaints, and report unethical behavior to an impartial and objective third party. FEI works with an organization’s designated compliance and ethics staff to customize and develop secure reporting protocols, and provide a toll-free telephone number for employees and stakeholders. After contacting FEI, a trained professional conducts a confidential interview to document the facts and conjectures regarding the issue/concern.
