$36.5 billion Honeywell International has announced the retirement of Peter Kreindler as senior vice president and general counsel, after more than 17 years of service with the company. He will be replaced by Katherine Adams, effective immediately.
Adams joined Honeywell in 2003 as vice president and deputy general counsel of litigation, and most recently served as general counsel for Honeywell’s specialty materials business. In her new role, Adams will be responsible for leading the global legal strategy, health safety and environment, government relations, and compliance programs for the company’s 128,000 employees in more than 100 countries. She will report to Honeywell Chairman and CEO Dave Cote.
