Sanctions and export control regimes are constantly evolving. Major deadlines and decision points with respect to Iran and Russia loom, which may portend changes in the Administration’s implementation of existing sanctions, if not changes to the sanctions regimes themselves. Congress, too, continues to play an active role in developing new measures and compelling the implementation of existing laws with respect to Iran and Russia.

With so much uncertainty, how can the private sector manage risks and mitigate potential future exposure while still engaging in legitimate trade? This webinar will address what lies ahead for Iran and Russia sanctions, as well as discuss strategies for how companies can draft compliance policies and manage commercial relationships to account for future developments in these and other programs.
