Eastman Kodak Company has promoted Sharon Underberg to the role of general counsel and secretary, effective Jan. 6. She succeeds Patrick Sheller, currently general counsel, secretary, and hief administrative officer, who has decided to leave the company to pursue a new opportunity.
With this appointment, Underberg joins Kodak’s Executive Leadership Team and will report to Chief Executive Officer Jeff Clarke. She will be responsible for leading the company’s global legal function and for providing legal guidance to senior leadership.
