Kroll Bond Ratings, a new credit rating agency trying to break into the much-maligned business, has named Robert Anselmi general counsel and chief compliance officer. Before joining Kroll, Anselmi held positions at various financial firms, including work as general counsel and then vice-chairman at New York Life Investment Management, and as general counsel and managing director of JP Morgan Investment Management, where he was responsible for the firm’s legal and compliance areas.
