CHS Inc., a $42.7 billion agribusiness operation based in St. Paul, Minn., has named Jack Lenzi vice president of corporate compliance.
Lenzi joins CHS from KPMG, where he was director of the firm’s fraud risk management practice. Earlier in his career he spent time as ITT Corp. as chief ethics officer and vice president of corporate responsibility; and 15 years at Altria Group in various corporate compliance and regulatory affairs roles. He starts at CHS on Sept. 28.
