Comverse Technology has named David Frishkorn as chief compliance officer. In this capacity, Frishkorn will be directly responsible for overall compliance activities, including Sarbanes-Oxley, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Code of Conduct, financial reporting integrity and other company policies and processes.
