The American Bar Association has appointed Joseph Zwicker, a partner in the government enforcement & compliance and major commercial litigation practice groups at Choate, Hall & Stewart, as co-chair of the white collar and corporate investigations sub-committee for the ABA’s securities litigation section. As co-chair, Zwicker will provide leadership, expertise, and experience to the ABA in responding to critical issues facing members and the legal profession.
