PwC has hired Paul Basso as a partner in its internal audit services practice. He will be based in Boston and will serve clients in the Northeast, which includes the firm’s offices in Boston, Mass., Hartford, Conn. and Albany, N.Y.
Basso joins PwC from Ernst & Young, where he was a principal leading the US Insurance Process and Controls practice. He brings more than 25 years of experience to his new role, with expertise transforming and operating internal audit functions, providing risk advisory services, as well as IT controls, and enterprise risk management and compliance operations across multiple industries.
