Calling all privacy officers and other compliance or audit executives worried about data security—we need your help quantifying just how much Corporate America should panic about cyber-attacks.

The law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, working with Huron Legal and AJ Gallagher, has assembled a survey for senior-level executives asking questions such as how many attacks you’ve experienced in the last year, their estimated costs, the steps you’ve put in place to protect yourself, and how you determine the effectiveness of your security programs. Critically, the survey also asks how you evaluate the security policies and procedures of your third parties, which we all know is where the worst vulnerabilities lie.
