Quintiles, a fully integrated bio-pharmaceutical services company offering clinical, commercial, consulting and capital solutions worldwide, has named Charles Williams to serve as its worldwide controller within the company’s finance organization. A 34-year veteran of corporate finance and accounting, Williams reports directly to Chief Financial Officer Kevin Gordon.
