Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, the parent company of Wendy’s International and Arby’s Restaurant Group, has announced several leadership changes as a result of its merger with Triarc Cos.
Nils Okeson has been appointed general counsel and secretary; he was corporate secretary of Triarc from September 2007 through September 2008 and served as associate general counsel of Triarc in 2007.
