Switzerland-based Roche Holdings AG has appointed Rick Kentz as senior vice president, secretary, and chief compliance officer, effective May 1.

Kentz is currently vice president and secretary of legal affairs of Roche Pharma North America. In his new role, Kentz will have some responsibilities for legal and corporate services.
