Safety-Kleen Systems, a used oil recycling and re-refining, parts cleaning and environmental solutions company, has appointed Virgil “Chip” Duffie as senior vice president and chief compliance officer. In this capacity, he will be responsible for the company’s overall environmental health and safety (EH&S) and corporate compliance programs.
