Swank Capital, an investment adviser with over $1.1 billion under management, has appointed Barry Greenberg as general counsel and chief compliance officer. Greenberg, who also serves in the same capacity for The Cushing MLP Funds, is responsible for oversight of the firm’s legal and regulatory compliance functions. He also will work closely with senior management on product development and other strategic initiatives.
