Aerie Pharmaceuticals has appointed Charlene Davis as vice president and chief compliance officer. She will report to John LaRocca, Aerie’s general counsel.

In this role, Davis will oversee the worldwide compliance and data privacy functions for the company.

She most recently held a related position at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries.
