Centene Corp., a managed care solutions provider, announced the appointment of Chris Koster to senior vice president, secretary and general counsel, effective Feb. 19.

Koster will oversee all legal functions for the company, reporting directly to Chairman, President and CEO Michael Neidorff. Koster joined Centene in 2017 as senior vice president, corporate services after serving as Missouri Attorney General for eight years.

Keith Williamson, former secretary and general counsel, has been appointed president of the Centene Charitable Foundation. Since joining Centene in 2006, Williamson had overseen all legal functions for the enterprise, aiding in the company’s growth and expansion.
