Duke Energy has appointed Cindy Lee as vice president, chief accounting officer and controller, effective May 16.
Lee, currently director of investor relations, will assume the role from Dwight Jacobs. Jacobs, who is currently SVP, chief accounting officer, tax and controller, will now become SVP, supply chain and chief procurement officer.
The realigned roles and responsibilities are part of a broader initiative by Duke to expand its senior management team. Except for Lee and Jacobs, all other senior management changes will be effective May 1.
