Horizon Global Corp., a manufacturer of branded towing and trailering equipment, announced its Board of Directors appointed Matthew Meyer as chief accounting officer.
Meyer previously served as Horizon Global’s corporate controller. In his new role, he will be responsible for the company’s global financial reporting, accounting, and tax functions.
In addition, Horizon Global named Richard Jok its interim chief financial officer. Jok replaces Jamie Pierson, who stepped down from the role effective Dec. 13.
