Rideshare service Lyft announced the appointment of Lisa Blackwood-Kapral as chief accounting officer.

In her new role, Blackwood-Kapral will assume responsibility as Lyft’s principal accounting officer, where she will continue building best practices in the company’s accounting systems and processes.

Blackwood-Kapral has spent the last six years at Shutterfly, most recently as vice president and chief accounting officer. Prior to Shutterfly, she served as vice president and controller for Stella & Dot and controller for Boudin Bakery.

Blackwood-Kapral joins recent additions to Lyft’s finance leadership team, including Catherine Buan, vice president of investor relations; Janet Duncan, vice president, treasurer; and Michelle DeBella, vice president of finance strategy.
