Theme park operator Six Flags Entertainment Corp. announced the appointment of Laura Doerre as executive vice president and general counsel in a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Doerre assumes her position effective March 9. She had been executive vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer of JELD-WEN Holding since September 2016.

Further, Six Flags announced the expansion of the size of its board of directors from seven to nine and appointment of Benjamin Baldanza and Selim Bassoul to fill those roles.
