Canadian multinational materials distributor Targray announced the appointment of Annie Galarneau as its general counsel.

In her new role, Galarneau will be responsible for all legal, compliance, and governance initiatives associated with the company’s growth in markets throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. Galarneau will also serve as a member of Targray’s advisory board and senior management team, providing advice on key business strategies across all sectors of the organization.

Galarneau most recently served as senior vice president, legal affairs at MTY Food Group. She began her legal career in 1997 working as a commercial and civil litigator for Woods LLP.
