Welbilt, a global supplier of commercial food-service equipment, has promoted Jamie Palm to chief accounting officer, in addition to her current role as vice president corporate controller.

Palm, who joined Welbilt in 2017 as vice president corporate controller, previously was assistant controller at Quality Distribution, a global bulk transportation and logistics services company. She also held financial reporting and finance roles of increasing responsibility with Bloomin’ Brands, a global casual dining company, from 2012 to 2017, and was the finance director at mobile communication services provider Syniverse Technologies from 2009 to 2012. She began her career in public accounting at Ernst & Young, where she was an audit manager.
