Electric services firm Xcel Energy named Karen Hyde senior vice president, chief risk, audit and compliance officer amid a series of recent changes in leadership.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Hyde has been with Xcel Energy since 2009 and previously held the title of vice president, chief risk officer and chief audit executive.

Among other changes at Xcel Energy is the appointment of Bob Frenzel as president and chief operating officer and Brian Van Abel as chief financial officer, both effective March 31.
