NAVEX Global, a provider of governance, risk management, and compliance software, announced it has acquired integrated risk management (IRM) software solutions firm Lockpath.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2010, Lockpath develops, markets, and delivers cloud-based (SaaS) enterprise software solutions designed to help organizations become more resilient through IRM. The company’s Keylight platform addresses strategic, operational, and IT risks for customers of varying complexity and sizes.
